We transform your coffee in our facilities, we are equipped to process 45 tons of different coffee varieties per month. Green coffee arrives at our doors from all over the country and currently we have more than 300 clients roasting their coffee with us.
The coffee process begins with the threshing where we remove the husk from the dry parchment through a mechanical process (friction), then we select the best coffee beans through a machine that eliminates by color the greatest number of defects so that only the best is roasted.
During roasting we develop the coffee bean with the most efficient and effective roasting curve for you. If you want to grind your coffee, we use high precision mills that allow us to offer three different types of grinding. Finally we have a semi-automatic packaging system to provide you with different types of packaging options from 50 gr to bulk.
A high quality service and special attention to detail that comes from knowledge and experience. We process your coffee with the greatest delicacy and care it deserves. We are sure that our service is so special that we want you to be present the hole time, if you want to enter the facilities and be a first-line witness of the way we work, you only need to wear a white apron (without buttons) and notify the manager we will provide the rest of the implements you need to stay in the building.
We thresh, roast, grind and pack your coffee from 50 grams onwards. We receive a minimum of 25kg of green coffee or a minimum of 32kg of dry parchment coffee (this is equivalent to 1 «Bache» of coffee).
